I offer support with all aspects of life-challenge and change, within a confidential and non-judgemental space.
On a deeper level, depression; fear; anxiety; confidence and self-esteem issues are some of the most common and uncomfortable emotions that we can experience at some point in our lives. Through counselling and treatment, we are able to help you recover motivation, perspective, and joy that you once had in your life.
Many individuals can experience symptoms associated with painful and traumatic circumstances. Anxiety, fear, and hopelessness are a few emotions that can threaten us long after a traumatic event. As a military veteran with experience of deployments, active duty and complex trauma, Linda Flewker-Barker can help you overcome these symptoms and guide you through the process of grief and healing.
Linda Flewker-Barker is accredited by the Anglican Diocese of Perth to offer Professional Supervision to clergy, and is also Australian Counselling Association (ACA) accredited. Linda offers a safe and confidential space built on many years of experience in a wide variety of settings.
Receiving regular Professional Supervision enables you - whatever your role - to offer best practice to others; safeguard your own well being; and practice much needed self-care.
Training and Education
lfbcounselling can offer specific, tailored training to your group or organisation concerning mental health, well-being and early stage intervention.
Thousands of business hours are lost every week due to mental health issues. This is detrimental to both individuals and business.
Helping employees and managers to understand early signs and symptoms of stress, trauma, PTSD, addiction and more will assist in offering a better work-place environment and a healthier, happier team.
