Work-placed
Supervision

For work-based individuals supporting others in
person-focussed settings

Supporting others in work-based settings can be tough, especially for those in HR, management, team leadership and more. If you or your manager have identified that it would be beneficial for you to received supervised support please get in touch to discuss.

I offer 30+ years of experience in a variety of setting including business, community, outdoor education, parish ministry, and Military Chaplaincy. Since 2019 I’ve been engaged in private practice counselling, coaching, educational workshops, and since January 2024 offering contracted counselling work at a Psychology Services Centre here in Mandurah. I also offer professional supervision for counsellors, clergy & pastoral carers.

I work from a person-centred, empathic, compassionate model of listening and exploration. Within the supervision space areas of focus include work-life balance, reflective practice, self-awareness, self-care, growth, challenge and change, safeguarding for yourself and others. We will also seek to find, celebrate, and nurture those things that bring you joy within the demands of counselling work in its different forms. I understand the stresses and challenges as well as the joys and privileges of supporting others, and the need for professional goal setting alongside personal wellbeing and self-care.

I work within generalised counselling and supervision with specialised understanding of trauma, grief and loss. I also supports male and female clients in areas of self-esteem, self-worth, self-image, self-confidence and more.

Using a range of tools and techniques, including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) where appropriate, I seek to support others towards long term growth and change, offering support with all aspects of life-challenge and change, from a trauma informed perspective, within a confidential and safe space

Being passionate about facilitating personal and professional growth and development, I offer compassionate, non-judgemental, safe space listening with appropriate challenges as required. I’m based at The Serenity Centre, Mandurah and also offer online services across the globe. I look forward to working with you towards ongoing professional growth and development.

Group Supervision is available for groups of 4, with both f2f and online options are possible depending on group needs.
